Checks discrete integrator blocks' limits to heed rule jc_0627. Limit parameters are not taken into account if they represent an expression rather than a plain parameter name. If such an expression is not a scalar double literal, the respective block will cause a warning and appear in an additional list.
Exempted from the checks are all contents linked into the model from libraries listed in the jExclLibs parameter.
