Checks input signals of product blocks to heed rule jc_0611. Due to limitations of the Simulink API, unbiased scalings with bitshift 0 or gain 1 are treated as regular unscalad integers rather than fixed-point types. As these types without any other fixed-point signal entering the product block do not yield addtional utility function during code generation, the purpose of the rule is still maintained.
Exempted from the checks are all contents linked into the model from libraries listed in the jExclLibs parameter.
