Checks names of structural subsystems contained in the checked object to adhere to the jc_0243 length restriction. This includes the checked object itself, if it is a subsystem, as well as all linked or referenced content.
The length limit checked against is defined in parameter nMaxSubsysNameLen.
Exempted from the checks are all contents linked into the model from libraries listed in the jExclLibs parameter.
