Library Function li_getportid

function xPortId = li_getportid(hPort, jPackStack)

Returns an identifier for a bus signal with member name structure as in <jPackStack> at a port <hPort>. If <jPackStack> is empty, simply the numeric port handle is returned, otherwise a unique id string comprised of the handle and member names.
